WEST TOLEDO -- Several areas of Northwest Ohio are underwater again.  Residents in one area of West Toledo cannot even find their driveways.  Others are thinking about moving out after more flooding in their basements.

Water from the Ten Mile Creek is running rampant in Sylvania Township.  The water has closed down Central Avenue between Crissey and the Secor Metropark.  The water has also flooded a neighborhood on Herr Road.

Flooding victim Stephen Bollinger says this round of flooding ranks about a seven on a scale of one to ten. He says he never gets used to this.

Charles Bollinger just laughs it off.  His son, however, had to use reflector sticks to mark the path of his driveway, now underwater.

"There (are) so many blockages in the Ten Mile Creek that have been ignored.  It can't handle the water," says Penny Levine.

Levine became so tired of looking at the water in her yard that she is now part of the Lucas County Storm Water Advisory Committee.  She says they hope to get enough money to start fixing some of the blockages by November.  "Everytime it rains, we cringe!"

Though it looks dry on the outside of neighborhoods in West Toledo, inside many homes, fans are blowing and de-humidifiers are running.

It's deja vu for Ed Seidowsky.  He is back to stripping his basement less than thirty days after the last flood.  He now considers if living here is even worth it.  "More and more people are leaving and that's what I was going to talk about with my wife tonight."
