Gov. Strickland strict about casino laws

Governor Ted Strickland vows to veto any bill that does not allow local government to regulate casino projects in the state. 

Ohio lawmakers must pass legislation to implement the casino constitutional amendment voters approved back in November. 

This would allow casinos to be built in Toledo and three other Ohio cities.
