MANSFIELD (AP) -- A man authorities accuse of firebombing an Ohio city hall says he is "150 percent not guilty" of charges of aggravated arson and manufacturing a dangerous ordnance.
Forty year-old Kevin Dye was arraigned in Shelby Municipal Court on Wednesday and is being held in the Richland County Jail on a $1 million cash bond.
Authorities say he attacked the city building in Mansfield which holds the mayors office and municipal court. Judge Jon Schaefer says the court hearing was held in Shelby because the Mansfield court suffered water damage after the Monday fire.
Police say windows of second-floor court offices were broken and at least one Molotov cocktail, or something similar, was tossed inside, starting a small fire. No one was hurt.
