TOLEDO, OHIO -- Auhorities have issued a murder warrant for a Toledo man wanted for allegedly shooting and killing another man outside a club in June.

Terrance Pernell, 27, is wanted in the murder of Ryland Garrett outside Club 101 on June 27.  Witnesses say Garrett was helping a friend when a fight broke out at the bar. They identified Pernell as the man who shot and killed Garrett, 28.

Police say they believe Pernell may have fled the state.  He is currently being sought by local and federal agents, including U.S. Marshals.

Terrance Pernell is described as a black male, 6' tall, and weighing 245 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
