TOLEDO, OH -- Congresswoman Mary Kaptur sat down for a spaghetti dinner at St. Stephen's school hall in East Toledo, Sunday.
Kaptur was encouraging visitors to try a local spaghetti recipe, which she hopes will go into production soon. She also took time to talk about Toledo's struggling economy.
"I think also with Chrysler Fiat, I think we are going to see some good news there down the road and so I think we're going to slowly see things begin to turn, but right now is a very difficult period in the depths of winter," says Rep. Marcy Kaptur, (D) Toledo.
Kaptur says the production of local famous recipes could create much needed jobs for Toledo.
