TIFFIN TWP. -- Residents in Northwest Ohio have been worried about a possible gas leak but it turns out rotting radishes are to blame.

Tiffin Township Fire Department near Defiance has responded to several calls of suspicious smells.

A field of oilseed radishes is near TransCanada a natural gas compression station.

TransCanada says the gas stored at the facility is odorless.
