SANDUSKY COUNTY -- A dog breeder is facing charges for animal cruelty in Sandusky County.
More than 30 dogs were seized from a home on Fangboner Road in Rice Township.
Authorities say the animals were living in filth and feces.
The dog breeder is expected to soon be charged with animal cruelty.
Several children were also taken from the home.
