The business owner accused of setting a blaze that destroyed a block of downtown Wauseon is expected in court Tuesday.

Prosecutors say Charles Bryan started the 2007 fire that brought down several buildings, including his own.

More than a year after the fire, Bryan was charged with 14-counts of arson and insurance fraud.
