TOLEDO -- Pit bull owners in Toledo who have felt persecuted in years past, now have a little more freedom.

The city told the Lucas County Dog Warden to stop enforcing Toledo's controversial "Vicious Dog" law.

This, after a judge ruled parts are unconstitutional.

The Dog Warden's office can no longer come onto property and take pit bulls. The law, among other things, prohibited Toledoans from owning more than one "vicious" dog.
