It’s a sport that's gaining speed here in northwest Ohio. Roller Derby has more women then ever lacing up, all to knock each other down. Our Jennifer Taylor took a spin around the rink with the Glass City Rollers.
You can catch the Glass City Rollers in action Saturday, December 19th as they take on the "Mid Michigan Derby Girls." Doors open at 6 p.m. for "Gingerbread and Bloodshed at the Seagate Center. The bout starts at 7 p.m.
Toiletries are being collected to donate to the Sparrow’s Nest.
Tickets are just $11 dollars and those 12 and under are free.
