Toledo Police report another shooting at a local bar.
A man was shot outside the Palms Bar and Grill on North Detroit Avenue in North Toledo.
Police say a fight broke out between two groups of men.
It spilled out into the parking lot and that is when someone opened fire.
22-year old Lemuel Jefferson was shot.
He is recovering at Mercy St. Vincent's Medical Center.
