MONROE, MICH. -- Two Mich. teenagers have been charged by police after the body of their teenage friend was found dead in Monroe's Ash Park early Saturday.

Justin Mell, 17, and Frank Bolinsky,19, have been charged in the death of Joshua Miracle, 16.  His body was dumped at a Carleton, Mich. park by the teenage boys after Miracle died of a drug overdose, according to Monroe police.

The teens are being held in the Monroe County jail.  Police say the teens are charged with leaving Miracle's body at the park and have not been directly connected with his death.  According to authorities, Mell and Bolinsky have both confessed to leaving Miracle's body in the park after finding their friend unconscious in Bolinsky's car.  They dumped the body shortly after 8:00 a.m. Saturday and were taken into custody by police a short time later.

Each teen been charged with one count of moving a body without a medical examiner's permission.  The misdemeanor charge carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.
