TOLEDO -- A Toledo Firefighter is recovering after suffering minor facial burns Tuesday morning.

A vacant central Toledo house caught fire and partially collapsed onto a neighboring home.

It happened in the 1900 block of Forest Avenue just before 2:00 a.m.

Firefighters were able to keep the blaze from spreading into the other house.

Chief Battalion David Hitt said his crew had to use forced entry to stop the fire.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
