The former superintendent accused of stealing more than 300-thousand dollars is expected to plead guilty in court Tuesday.

Prosecutors say former Clyde-Green Springs Superintendent Todd Helms created invoices for fake companies.  He then allegedly took the money paid to those companies and put it in his personal account.

Helms is also accused of asking school boosters to make donations to fake grant programs then keeping the donations for himself.
