TOLEDO -- Toledo is expected to receive a grant for environmental clean-up and improvements at Cullen Park.

Mayor Carty Finkbeiner and Councilwoman Lindsay Webb will announce the acceptance of the grant from the United Parcel Service Tuesday morning.
