TOLEDO -- A family was evacuated from their south Toledo home Tuesday morning after a fire burned next door.
It happened around 3:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Orchard Street near Maumee.
Fire officials say the house where the fire started was vacant.
The neighbor's home had minor damage.
