A man was life-flighted to the Toledo Hospital after crashing his vehicle on CR 15.50 in Jefferson Township.

James Hutchinson, 33, of Montpelier, Ohio, was driving his 1995 Chrysler New Yorker eastbound on CR 15.50 when he failed to follow a curve.

His vehicle went off the road and hit a tree.  He was not wearing a seatbelt.

Hutchinson had to be removed from his vehicle by mechanical means.  The Bryan Fire Department assisted at the scene.

The Defiance Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
