TOLEDO -- On Tuesday, Sept. 29, Ohio voters can begin casting no-fault absentee ballots for November’s election.

The most controversial ballot issue is whether to legalize casinos in the state's four largest cities.

Voters will also decide whether to authorize $200 million in bonds to fund bonuses for veterans of the Iraq, Afghanistan and Persian Gulf wars.  These bonuses would amount to $100 for every month served, up to $1,000.
