Tiffin Police have arrested a Mansfield man in connection with a Nov. 3 armed robbery at Check Into Cash, 748 West Market Street.

William D. Morgan, 30, aka Edwin Garcia, has been arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and tampering with evidence.

Witness information led investigators to Morgan.  Evidence linking the suspect to the robbery was found at Morgan's Mansfield residence.

Morgan had outstanding warrants from Richland County and is currently being held in Richland County Jail.
