TOLEDO -- Tent City returns to the Civic Center Mall, downtown Toledo November 2nd to 4th. The event is designed to put a spotlight on the needs of the impoverished, near homeless and homeless individuals, families and children in our community. Organizers say that with veterans returning from Iraq, and the rising number of foreclosures, the need this year is greater than ever.
The Homeless Awareness Project Tent City works each year to get homeless off the streets into homes. 100% of the proceeds go to the homeless services.
