TOLEDO -- This year's veteran's day is extra special for some high school students.

Springfield High is celebrating 25 years of their Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program.

The school assembly began at 1:00 on Monday in the school field house.

It featured a short video presentation created by students featuring the accomplishments of the program.

The program has brought national attention to the high school and continues to offer leadership, character and physical education skills to over 150 students each school year.
