Dr. Kenneth W. Borland Jr., has been named Bowling Green State University’s senior vice president for academic affairs and provost. Borland holds the rank of professor in the areas of leadership and interdisciplinary studies. He holds a doctoral degree in adult and higher education from The Pennsylvania State University, a master’s degree in education and religion from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree in theology from Toccoa Falls College.
