CASTALIA -- One man is in serious condition after crashing his motorcycle in Erie County.
It happened at Maple Avenue just north of State Route 101.
A family member found 44-year-old Edward Hallier at his home and drove him to Bellevue Hospital
He was taken by helicopter to Saint Vincent's.
The Ohio Highway Patrol says Hallier went off the left side of the road, overturned and was ejected.
He was not wearing a helmet.
Investigators say alcohol and excessive speed are factors.
