TOLEDO -- The Lucas County Health Department is investigating how two students at West Side Montessori Center may have contracted the H1N1 swine flu.

The two girls, one 10-year-old and the other an 11-year-old, are from Fulton County and are in the same grade at the McCord Rd. school in Toledo.   Health officials say the cases have not been confirmed and are only suspected at this time.    Both girls have fully recovered from their illnesses.

Since a public threat of the flu was declared in April, 47 cases of the H1N1 swine flu have been confirmed in Ohio, including four cases in northwest Ohio.

Michigan has confirmed 418 cases of the illness.  The state reported it's second swine flu death Thursday in Macomb County.
