SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (AP) - Officials in western Ohio say two new cases of swine flu associated with a middle school have been confirmed, bringing the number of confirmed cases linked to the school to three.
Clark County Combined Health District spokeswoman Anita Bales said Thursday that the new cases include those of a student and a staff member at Northridge Middle School in Springfield. Both are recovering at home.
The earlier case was that of a 15-year-old student who was hospitalized, but is now recovering at home.
The total number of confirmed cases in Ohio is 23.
