Police called in when bus driver says student attacked her

TOLEDO, OH -- A field trip for an after school tutoring program, turned violent when a brawl broke out on the bus.
The 68 kids with the Scholars of the 21st Century program were on their way back from Chuck E Cheese's Thursday.
The police report says the bus driver pulled over at Western and Hawley in south Toledo and called 911 after the kids began fighting each other and assaulting her.
Adults in charge say the situation was under control and the kids acted up when police arrived.
Three students along with a coordinator with the program were arrested for disorderly conduct.
The police department did not return our calls about the incident.
