TOLEDO -- Wednesday Fifth Third Bank will kick off its annual campaign to brighten kids' lives.  A tree lighting ceremony will mark the beginning of the 24th annual Brighten a Child's Life Campaign.  The goal is to help pediatric patients and their families access medical resources as well as generate toys and books for the kids.
