Dean Randleman, of Toledo, is arrested and charged for the 1995 murder of Evelyn Rivers who was found strangled in a north-end park.

Investigators said Randleman, an original suspect in the murder, was indicted as a result of DNA evidence gathered with forensic technology that didn't exist at the time of the murder.
