Grabbing a nighttime pick-me-up, Britney Spears was spotted out for a coffee with her bodyguard in Los Angeles last night (December 9).
In the midst of a holiday retail romp, the "Gimme More" songstress looked to be in a fantastic mood as she strolled past the paparazzi, sporting a spider web top and jeans.
And it sounds like Brit Brit may be back in control of her life in the not-too-distant future due to her good behavior over the last nine month tour.
Spears will be evaluated by a psychiatrist to see if she can be trusted to handle herself without her father's constant supervision.
According to a report, "There are actually two conservatorships - one over Britney, the person, and the other over Britney's business affairs. We're told the business conservatorship will likely continue. The issue on the table is whether to end the conservatorship over Britney, the person. Again, no decisions have been made, but it's all moving in that direction."
