The "Vision of Love" songstress encountered a mass of paparazzi and fans as she and her entourage made their exit from the Dorchester Hotel on Park Lane.

And as usual, Mariah was showing off her natural assets, sporting a slim-fit leather jacket with a black leather skirt and black stockings with black heels.

Earlier this week, Ms. Carey was busy loving on her fans in Milan, Italy, signing autographs and posing for pictures outside the Four Seasons Hotel.
