Continuing their May-December romance, Madonna and Jesus Luz were spotted making their exit from the Standard Hotel in New York City last night (November 3).

The Material Girl and her Brazilian beau looked to be in good spirits following the "Valentino: The Last Emperor" DVD launch celebration.

In related news, it sounds like Madge may have a collaboration with "Poker Face" songstress Lady GaGa in the not-too-distant future.

GaGa told press, "Madonna is great. And I guess I could say we are friends. I love her daughter Lourdes. She is such a lovely young girl. She came to my show with her mom and we got along famously. We got along fine and we did the skit together on SNL and helped the writers. So who knows?"
