TOLEDO, OHIO -- Hundreds of kids were all smiles at Ottawa park this afternoon.  From 1-3pm today the City of Toledo sponsored its annual Pumpkinarama event featuring face painting, inflatable rides and a horse drawn carriage.   A DJ played music as kids painted their pumpkins.  15-year-old Tadeyshia Toney came with a bunch of friends.  "Making pumpkins, I put glasses on mine to make it look like me, face painting; just having fun for the kids before Halloween," Ms. Toney said.
