TOLEDO -- Construction is complete at the new Lucas County Arena downtown.
On Thursday, NBC24's cameras will check out the new home for the Toledo Walleye and Bullfrogs.
The arena officially opens Oct. 9, 2009 with a performance by comedian Jeff Dunham.
