A local group is preparing some fun Halloween festivities for Thursday night.  The North Toledo Network will host the 16th annual Halloween Safe Night. 

There will be children's games, refreshments and trick-or-treat 'safe paths' through the neighborhood.  The event will benefit children of Toledo's First Neighborhood. 

The event starts at 5 p.m. at Lagrange Elementary on North Erie Street.
