Governor Ted Strickland will visit the University of Toledo Thursday.
He is scheduled to tour UT’s Clean and Alternative Energy Incubator to see the new business incubator.
Strickland announced it's been named a Center of Excellence in Renewable Energy and the Environment by the State of Ohio.
