Fleitz Pumpkin farm offers giant pumpkins for sale
each year, but this year, Gary Fleitz, son of owners
Paul and Cheryl Fleitz, has grown an extraordinarily giant pumpkin weighing 620-pounds.Gary planted a seen in the Fleitz's garden and gave the plant extra loving care. The family has enjoyed watching the pumpkin grow all summer long. Now that October is here, Gary has harvested his pumpkin, lifting and transporting it with a forklift, and the giant is now on display at the Farm.This is the largest pumpkin the family has grown since 2007, when Gary grew a 500-pound pumpkin.
